Stage 01 - No Control, Just Chaos

What's going on?
No, seriously. What the hell is this business? One second, you're busy wiping the floor with Mephiles and his dark clones with Rouge and Omega at your side. The next, you're engulfed in a brilliant white light. And now? You're waking up inside of a doghouse. In the middle of some strange neighborhood where all the buildings look the same. Without your Inhibitor Rings, without the two Chaos Emeralds you just had, and without any sign of your friends.
And what's worse? Whoever brought you here was able to snap a damn collar around your neck.
So what's Shadow the Hedgehog to do? Get out of the doghouse, rip that collar off his neck, and march into the nearest house to try and find some answers. After a quick trip into the garage, Shadow comes across a pair of brown work gloves, as well as boots that are... well, a little bit big. But they'll do for now. Next, he'll rummage about through pretty much everything in the house---cabinets, closets, drawers, etc.---to try and find some clues. To try and find his possessions. In the process, he might wind up banging his head underneath a small table, knocking the PHONE off the hook.]
Damn. [A pause. Then a frustrated sigh.] No sign of them... Whatever this place is, it isn't Soleanna. Could this be one of Mephiles' illusions? Chaos Control? Or perhaps another of the Doctor's foolish schemes?
...tch. It wouldn't surprise me.
[When his search proves fruitless, Shadow turns his attention to the phones. Not quite the same as the communicators that were issued to him by G.U.N., but assuming Rouge and Omega were likewise sent to this place...]
[PHONE - Unfiltered]
Rouge. Omega. If either of you can hear this, respond.
